The ability to appear over the organic results is controlled largely by your quality score. You need to be very relevant (in Google's eyes) and also bid high enough. The only real way to know if it will work is to try it.

Make sure you have small adgroups with relevant ads and landing pages, and then work on increasing the click-through on your ads to improve your chances of showing up at the top.

You should have a coupon and adwords account for that and you cannot fix the position for it

Ewwwww 128kbps speeds is slow as crap. I get 1500kbps (1.5mbps) download speeds max and i ahve a 25mbps connection. 16-20kb/s sounds right for you but that is really slow. People use torrents to get files for free like music, ebooks, audio books, tv shows, and a wole bunch of stuff.

Hi there,

Torrents depend on the number of seeders and often fall way below your maximum download speed. Torrents are often weighted on how much you upload (or seed) the files you are downloading from others.

However, your maximum download speed can be calculated from your line speed as 128kbps (Kilo Bits Per Second) divided by eight. This will give you the maximum kilo-bytes you can expect (about 16k or approximately .015 of a meg). So, to download a file 1 meg in size at your maximum speed will take you just over one minute (about 68 seconds).

I hope this helps.

I believe you are thinking of Cannibal Holocaust... craziest movie ever. And um yeah animals were killed during this movie and people actually thought the cast was killed since it was in their contracts not to do any publicity for a year after the movie. So everyone thought they were really dead.

I would say to definitely rent/buy this movie. You'll appreciate it.

Generally speaking, no one will get in trouble if Google turns over the search records. Google really is in a "ethical" standoff with the government, and believes that by not turning over these records, they are protecting the rights and privacy of thier users.

Google's official statement infers that people search for very private information, including punching in things like bank records, social security numbers and the like.

The very nature of the broad request that the government has made, makes google, and many other people, uneasy about what they may do with the records. There is a risk that certain portions of the government may use that information to the user's disadvantage - such as tracking down felons, etc...

In a way, its like the government's use of facial recognition at Superbowl XXXV - a highly controversial move that raised questions about people's fourth ammendment right - which explicitly outlaws "unreasonable searches and seizures".

The fact is that both MSN and Yahoo have already turned over the same type of records to the Federal Government, presumeably with no qualms about it.

Chances are, if you're doing something wrong over the internet though, the FEDS already know about it, and information from google won't affect your position one bit.
