What is the effective way to block Bit Torrent and eMule in a corporate?
I am the network system adminstrator for my company. Recently we discovered that there are some users in my company using Bitcomet or eMule to download files from internet. So what is the cost effective way to block or prevent users from using Bit Torrent, EDonkey and eMule ? Something like create content filtering program or something ?

A good content filtering firewall on the choke point between your corporate intranet and the Internet should do the trick just fine. I’ve included a link I tracked down on Google, but really, there are a lot of products out there so shop around.
